  • Avoid these people AT ALL COSTS!!!! I had them scheduled for my AC repair on a Thursday between 3-5. They called at 4:45 to say they couldn't make it (just too busy). The soonest they could reschedule me was for the following Tuesday between 8-10 am. They called me Tuesday at 8:30 to say they just couldn't make it and would have to reschedule. And to top it off, the office woman on the phone was abrupt. Perhaps had they offered to waive my automatic service call fee I would have let them continue to abuse me, but they refused to do that. Do not use these people. There are plenty of RELIABLE AC repair companies here in town.
