rev:text	A few weeks ago, I stopped by your location on Chandler Boulevard. This was not an easy task though, because I could not find it until I had driven up and down Chandler Boulevard several times; not an easy feat because you have to travel several blocks before you can turn around! Although I had shopped at this store in the past, it had been some time and the area has changed a lot. Why don't you have some large signs that can be seen....before you pass the store, if at all? In any event, this was kind of a "scouting" visit for me, and once I got inside, the experience was great! The staff was friendly, helpful, and patiently answered all of my questions, even though I didn't purchase anything on this particular visit and told them I did not intend to. I talked with a young man by the name of Seth and another by the name of AJ, as well as one of the managers, Marc. What a great group! The nursery looks beautiful and for me, is the perfect size and exactly what I wanted, as most of the stores are simply so big that I don't even go to them anymore. I have some issues walking any distance, so Marc taking the time to take me around in the golf cart was a real blessing. I found the information I was seeking and will be back, and soon! If I could make a suggestion though...... if you want other former customers like myself to come back and bring in NEW customers, PLEASE PLEASE put up some signs so we can find you! And oh yes, this is the only reason I did not give this rating 5 stars!
