  • Worst f*#@ing yellowcab branch hands down. The staff is incompetent, rude and greedy. You're lucky to have someone answer the phone, let alone get a taxi. Even if you do "get a taxi" fat chance it ever even shows. I couldn't begin to name the countless occasions where a Pittsburgh yellow cab has either not shown up or been at least an hour late. This isn't a first time experience mind you, I've lived in pittsburgh for 3+ years now and this branch is utterly worthless and pathetic. I don't understand how this band of morons is still employed. DO NOT CALL THESE IDIOTS EVER. Use uber or a limo service, it may be more expensive but you'll actually get a ride.
