  • These people are terrible. Took days to even get a responsse back, even at the after hours "emergency number". They agreed to fix some items before we moved in. One day prior to us moving and we call to coordinate a time to get our keys and they tell us NO, now they are not fixing anything and we should have confirmed first...even though I have the emails saying they would do it. Then they wouldnt give us our application fees back. No customer service. I am actually glad it fell apart because I would hate to have to contact them if I needed something at my rental. AWFUL COMPANY.
