  • This was my first visit to see Joellen and I must say she was excellent! I could not have asked for a nicer, more informative dr. The reviews were right about Joellen. She seemed genuinely concerned about me as a patient and it showed. She gave me plenty of time and not once did I feel rushed. Plus the assistant she had with her the day of my visit was also really great. My only complaint was the very young girl at the front desk. The girl was not friendly and on top of that clueless ! They told me she was new but for the very little the girl had to do I felt she was just incompetent and it seemed like she wasn't happy to be working there. If your working for a doctor, show the patients you care about the doctor, your job and most of all the patients your greeting. The front desk person is the very first person a patient sees when they walk through the door. I would think most patients like myself, want to be greeted nicely with a professional demeanor. They need better care at the front desk. At the least a smile on her face when a patient walks in for the first time.
