  • AC went out in my rental property after business hours... Didn't want my tenants in the heat so it was either an 24 hour service or a hotel. I looked up business that were "open now." Called several places and this one called me back within five minutes and had a guy in my area that could be there in an hour. I wanted to check w/an old friend (A/C guy) first and John was super cool about that, no irritation or pressure. I called back to go ahead with the service and had a guy there within 20 minutes. Steve, the tech, was really nice, worked fast, and honored an online deal without me needing to jump thru hoops. He gave my unit a look see, and even though I have never had it serviced he said it was good to go and recommended a DIY I could do in 6 months. Didn't try to sell me anything extra. Would definitely recommend!
