| - I literally had one of the most traumatizing experiences at this dealership today. If I could give it 0 stars I would.
My Father in Law and I were driving around the Valley Auto Mall looking for a Dodge Charger. We stopped into this dealership, began to look around and were soon greeted by Ebony, a brand new employee and Kelly, a salesperson. They drove us around looking at the Chargers that would be in my price range and I narrowed it down to two. After I had picked out the two cars I was interested in, we sat down with Ebony to wait for my husband to get to the dealership while Kelly went off and began working with other customers. My husband soon arrived, he was shown the two Chargers I had picked out, and I left to bring my car I had planned on trading in around to the front to get appraised. During this time, Ebony and Kelly had gone back inside the showroom while we were standing outside waiting for the appraisal, or whatever came next. My brother in law, who came with my husband, noticed a really nice Charger for a good price over at Towbin Dodge, which is right down the street, and we decided to go take a look at it while we were waiting. Of course as soon as we got to Towbin two salesmen came out and began talking to us and held us up for a good 15 minutes. I continually kept telling them we had two Chargers picked out at Chapman and we were headed back over there. I was simply there to look.
AND HERE'S WHERE IT GOES BAD.
As I was in the middle of explaining to the Towbin salesmen that I was about to head back to Chapman to see what they would offer me, I looked down the road and here comes Ebony and Kelly!! I thought that was a little weird, but maybe they are just coming to tell us that they are ready to start running some numbers and figuring out prices. BUT NO. Kelly immediately starts YELLING at my Father in Law and telling us that we shouldn't have gone anywhere, that we wasted her time and how could we do something like that to Ebony (who was a new employee) and basically making this huge scene in the parking lot!! My Father in Law kept trying to tell her we were coming back and we were not done with Chapman but Kelly would not hear it. The Towbin salesmen tried to stick up for us and say that, as the customer, we are allowed to look at other vehicles. Well Kelly didn't like that, so she began yelling at the salesmen and then Kelly and Ebony walked away with their sickening attitudes. Apparently there is some huge feud between the two dealerships, because from the moment we sat down with Kelly to talk about what vehicles I was interested in she started to dog Towbin Dodge out of nowhere. BUT REALLY?? YOU'RE GOING TO YELL AT THE CUSTOMER?? It was sooooo unacceptable. Wow. It was so beyond embarrassing, so I will NEVER EVER go back there and HIGHLY recommend that no one else go either. Ugh, those two girls just disgust me to even think about.
The Towbin salesman felt pretty bad for us after all of that, and they gave me a beautiful Charger at an amazing price because I was definitely not going back to Chapman. And never once did any of the Towbin salesman say anything bad about Chapman. I guess I know which dealership will take the high road and which will act like unprofessional, immature little children. So Chapman Chrysler Jeep Henderson, thank you SO much for pushing me into the right dealership that actually deserves my business.
