  • I have never seen a realtor work as hard as Larry. He has helped us sell two homes, drove us around to look at potential properties when we thought we were moving, and then when we moved out of state, he made himself available to answer questions even though he wouldn't get commission from it. He is a master of staging properties to look its best, and he takes the most flattering pictures of the property to capture everything great about it before uploading to MLS. With both homes, we had offers within the first few days, no doubt due to his open house (seriously, it's amazing), and the latest one was over asking price. He has helped us find reliable contractors for our home repairs when we rented the property. He also helped us find a company to work with to rent it out for us. I have worked with a ton of realtors, and Larry's level of dedication is rare. He is everything you want in a realtor.
