| - This was one of the most positive dealership experiences I've had, especially considering I didn't even end up buying the car! After an internet inquiry, salesman Joey Kennedy contacted me, verifying right away if I preferred text or talk interaction. Being at work, we communicated via text and were able to meet later in the afternoon. Upon my arrival at the dealership, the car I was interested in was already brought around (as Joey promised) and unlocked, giving me ample opportunity to climb around and explore the vehicle. Though some salespeople did see me when I drove in, not one accosted me (which I absolutely hate). I looked at the vehicle in peace and went in to find Joey. As he was with another customer, I was sat down with Rich, another very pleasant salesman to start gathering information. When Joey was available, Rich graciously handed me off without argument. Joey could not have been a more pleasant young man to deal with. He was polite, respectful and gave me absolutely NO pressure to buy the car. We took a test drive then went back to discuss financing. I really felt he did everything he could to meet my strict terms. He went back several times to verify and offer new options. Ultimately we were not able to find a mutually beneficial solution, but at no time did I feel he was trying to push me into a purchase I couldn't afford or terms I didn't like. There was no animosity, we shook hands and parted friends. It was such a pleasant experience I will definitely consider Sands Chevy and Joey Kennedy again and will refer friends and family without hesitation!
