  • I love Toni and Guy. When living in Boston or Seattle I found that I really took for granted that Toni and Guy doesn't charge for a blow dry and style after a color/highlight. For the price, Toni and Guy is seriousy my #1 choice in AZ. I did have one bad experiance when I was in high school. I got a hair cut that looked like a shaggy dog. Beware... they take layers very seriously. Make sure you say exactly how many layers you want, they love that razor.
