  • DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE. We always took our little dog to this groomer, however the last time we took her, they cut a chunk out of her ear!!! They covered it with a liquid bandaid so we didn't know how bad it was until now, a month later, the bandaid has dissolved & she is left with a chunk out of the edge of her ear. I am appalled at this!!! Their excuse was that she moved while they were cutting her hair, however all the comments we got back about her over the last year from them, was that she's the quietest dog who sits so still throughout the whole process. We are outraged. I know accidents happen, but the service we received when it happened was also appalling..the manager was yelling at the other employees in front of clients & was very unprofessional. They tried to pass off the ear incident as a small graze, & it's only now that we've seen the damage it has done. We are so disappointed in this experience, we will never be taking our dog back here.
