  • Customer service is very important to me. I want to know my hard earned money is appreciated. The Park Suites (PS) staff proved that they do value the customer by providing excellent customer service. My parents have really bad allergies so with PS being "Pet Free" and sort of a resort complex it fit nicely. The whole complex was very secure with guests needing a gate clicker after 6pm. We really liked that fact that the the room was spacious with a kitchenette allowing my parents to make their own breakfast each morning. The location was great only five minutes away from the heart of Scottsdale. I'd recommend PS for consumers looking to stay in Arizona for an extended period. (out of town workers, quiet people, or ones not to fond of being directly in the middle of everything) We didn't really use the amenities they had to offer however there were plenty we could have enjoyed. They have a golf course that I'd like to play on the next trip. Also the fact that they had a laundry facility was great being that I was the one doing the laundry so it saved me an unwanted trip. Personally I have a membership at 24 hr fitness however PS does have a fitness center that they teamed up if you need to get that quality workout in daily. I think the only thing that needed a little work was the flow of air in the room. (We brought 2 portable fans with us) As far as pricing goes PS is very affordable when compared to everything you're getting and the location to everything is great. Like I said from the beginning though customer service is what I always look at overall and I feel that the service, answer to questions we had, anticipating our needs was an 5 out of 5.
