  • This gym has to have the laziest staff in the entire world. I came in Tuesday around 9:45pm the staff had the scanner out on the counter & I was told "yeah just scan". The gentleman behind the counter was sitting down on a stool, had very red eyes & was in slow motion. So, the staff is high at work & as a result are lazy, & then have the members check themselves in??? Today, I'm in the theatre for 35 min & the movie was off. Not one staff member came in to check the theatre. I had to go to the counter where 3 employees stood in a huddle laughing & talking. I had to signal for their attention. One guy came over & I explained the movie had been off for 30 min. He then tells me oh it's 10 o'clock... Then corrects himself & says oh we have a movie until 12am. I want to get a trainer at this gym but I'm afraid they'd be a lazy trainer. You guys have to do better! This staff does a lot of sitting around & hardly any work. How demotivating is that for gym goers? E?S management correct this behavior please. Thank you.
