  • first and for most the staff doesn't care when you have a concern or compliant they basically shrug you off and say a manager is needed yet there never seems to be one there...at first i liked the small atmosphere of this gym, but it seems that the lack of care for this gym has been lost, and it is continually getting worse. the classes are all way to full and they will allow late entry into classes making them even fuller to the point where you can't even do the excersise properly with out injuring yourself or possibly another. ( I got whacked in the face during an over populated class) the cleanliness is lacking as well, the class room i dont think gets mopped at all think about the people who do yoga in there on the DIRTY sweat ladden floor, the laminate flooring in peeling and coming off making a trip hazard, the fans have dust bunnies growing off of them, blowing that into thew air you are breathing while excersising. i didnt ever really have a need for the locker room but one time and it was seemingly clean as well untill you started looking around. the kids area says they require socks and i advise to have you kids wear black or dark colored socks or the white ones will come out black on the bottom, some kids are let in there w/o socks which is not supposed to be allowed. the staff at this gym just seem very laxidasical. the class schedule on line is not updated often it is currently up to date but was behind for about 4 months. ALSO the photos on the website are NOT PHOTOS from this location....
