  • If I could put a zero I would for the rating. My son has been in the facility since December 2017 with anoxic brain injury. He is completely incapacitated. The CNAs are horrible. He cannot speak for himself and they take advantage of that fact. They have left him laying sideways with his head hanging down with the pillow covered in drool for hours and then lie about it when confronted. They don't put wound bandages on which has caused his bedsore to get worse. It was a very minor sore when he arrived there. He has been left laying in the bed soaked in urine and feces They are supposed to be giving him water every two hours through his feeding tube which they don't. He ended in ICU for a week severely dehydrated, had pneumonia and was septic because the IV needle in his arm was full of bacteria. He could have died. He has had CDIFF multiple times and I have watched nurses and CNAs cross contaminate with other patients. I am constantly told by charge nurse these matters will be addressed. They get better for a couple of days then go right back to the incompetent and negligent treatment. I am not one to sue, but I will be taking this to an attorney. I have had it!!
