Caesars has an older vibe than the hotels I typically stay at. The major positives to me were that it is central to the strip, and it now hosts the popular Omnia nightclub. There are various towers throughout the hotel. The older rooms are larger but I recommend staying in one of the remodeled rooms. The Julius tower was remodeled this January and I still felt that it was pretty basic. Beware that when you're drunk it is extremely hard to find the elevators to your specific tower! I probably walked around in circles for 30 minutes after leaving Omnia trying to figure out where I needed to go haha.
As far as things to do in the hotel, there are tons of nice restaurants including the popular Bacchanal Buffet. Because we were just there to party, we took advantage of the food court with Earl of Sandwich, DiFara Pizza, and Smashburger, among others. I was left with a very middle of the road impression of this hotel. Its nothing special but gets the job done, especially if you plan to party at Omnia.
