  • My review is absolutely horrible. I have worked and bought with this location in the past several times...not that bad, but today was horrible. I called today for my son who wants a mountain bike and was out on hold for 15 plus minutes before I hung up. Then tonight, I called and asked about a certain bike they had on their website (at the Scottsdale location) and they don't have that year of bike anymore and then I was hung up on. My son and I have called 3 times today to find out what type of "black Friday" sale or discount they are having and they wouldn't tell us over the phone and required us to come in to find out. I have 3 pre-teen and a 22 month old infant, with a wife who just had heart surgery. They were a-holes to my son and me and they need to understand their purchasing audience! I was very disappointed and we won't purchase from them again.
