  • The place is very casual and in a residential street. They don't even have big signs saying it's a bar or it's "victory cafe". It's a 2 level house turned into a bar... similar to Madison bar near Spadina. We found it only because we were actually looking for it. I like these kind of bars as they don't fancy up the place and jack up the prices for you to justify to yourself that you are having a good time. As long as you have good company you will enjoy yourself here. The drinks were watered down a lot... but what's new lol
