  • If Metro's head office were to come to this location, they would hang their collective heads in shame. I'm tempted to give this a one star but my experiences have not been as bad as David B. (who pretty much summed up everything negative this location has to offer) so I refrained from giving it the lowest possible rating. The only positive I have to say is it takes my Air Miles and has a very good location on Yonge Street and the transit line but it's not the closest Metro to me so it's a back up if I'm on my way home. Next year, Loblaws will be opening their superstore a block away and I'm sure many will go there just to avoid this poorly managed location. Always sold out of their specials, low stock on good sellers, really dirty/messy and disorganized with poor service staff on the floor. 1.5 stars and 2 on their better days.
