Horrible customer service! I was stuck at work and couldn't make my appointment in time and rather than showing up late to their establishment and inconveniencing them by having the therapist stay past 6:15 to do my massage, I stepped into a conference room and called 45 mins in advance to apologize and reschedule the appointment and 30 mins later I received a voicemail from Diana stating that she redeemed my Groupon voucher and that she couldn't reschedule my appointment. I was robbed of my money that I paid for services that were never rendered because of this company's horrible customer service and lack of empathy for the average working American. Buyer beware!
