  • I got sucked in to the auto glass repair (yes I was a girl w/o her husband - but windshield was really chipped)...I set up an afternoon time for the following day for the guys to come replace the windshield. 9:15am I get a call asking if they can be there in 15min instead, groceries can wait so I agree. An hour goes by, I call and they say they'll be here in 5min...20min later they show up. No apologies, nothing! Anyway, the car wash and interior were better than most other places around here so I'll keep going back for that - but I think I'll stick with Safelite for the windshield from now on.
