  • Dan came out after his wife confirmed pricing and scheduled appointment. Their automated scheduling system is really nice and keeps you informed about their arrival time. Dan did a decent job of trying to clean a long overdue for a cleaning sofa. It looks a lot better. He also hit a few black spots on the carpet and provided a bottle of spot cleaner for future stains. I liked their doorway system that features a portable tarp that goes into the doorway to keep the cold air out while allowing the flexible water/vac hoses in to do the heavy cleaning. I will use them again for future carpet/furniture cleaning. I like to support our local small businesses.
