  • I have lived in AZ for 12 years and Donna gave me the worst haircut and color I have ever had. I will take partial responsibility for the color. I was vascillating between two shades of blonde, she should be the expert and advise, and I chose wrong. If I was the expert I'd go to cost cutters and tell the stylist what to do. I wanted her professional opinion. The hair cut was just a cut - no shaping , no blending. My bangs were a bit too long and she cut them without blending them into the rest of the cut. When I was struggling trying to style my hair at her salon she kept telling me I needed product. Product should not compensate for a bad haircut.
