  • Great customer service but the actual carpet cleaning was unsatisfactory. I paid extra for deep cleaning and It doesn't seem that I got that. My carpet still has several stains and marks that I'm sure should have come up with a deep clean. I normally use a different company who charges almost double the price I paid this company but their work is always amazing. This time I decided to go a cheaper route and I got just what I paid for, cheaper service..
