| - I got waaaay too excited at the thought of a waffle bar, but my wafflewich ended up just being decent. Swapping bread out with Tiabi's waffles didn't really change the overall taste of my breakfast sandwich, which contained eggs, sausage, and cheese. Their waffles aren't very flavorsome alone. I doused my order with srircha.
Despite my table's seemingly simple wafflewich orders, we were left waiting for our food for an unreasonably long time period. There were only two people working in the shop, sharing the responsibilities of taking orders, preparing and carrying out the food, and attending to guests. Needless to say, the service was definitely lacking. One of the owners actually asked my friend and I to wait before ordering, but she completely left us hanging. There was a moderate amount of people in the shop, but it wasn't terribly busy.
By the end, I don't think anybody in my party was super impressed with their wafflewich nor their wafflnuts, which tasted super doughy and undercooked. However, all of our meals were savory. Tiabi's sweeter breakfast choices might be a better option when ordering.
