  • I had my first treatment almost three weeks ago and my hair growth is very minimal. I'd be a hairy beast by now but I can see it working already after just one treatment. The staff was very nice and helpful in answering my questions. I was nervous going in since it was my first time so here's a few things for newbies; FYI, the treatment was for my face: the pain is very minimal- a light sting; the sound freaks u out more than the treatment cause u know its coming. If ur doing ur face since u cannot wax or shave u smell the hair burning. I wasn't prepared for the smell and immediately asked if it was normal. It was very quick! They don't go over the same spots again and again, one shock per area. I was done in less than 10 min and I asked questions before and during. Can't wait to get my next treatments so I can be hair free before the year ends and then I'll do other areas.
