Laughably bad cinematic experience which amazingly does the impossible and makes the Futurist - Scarboroughs outdated and out of touch other cinema venue in town - the better option.
As mentioned elsewhere, it really is like stepping back in time to an age where sticky floors and bad decor were the norm. The screen is abysmal, the seating is just about comfortable, its either freezing cold or desert island hot with no inbetween, the sound is dodgy at the best of times and again - there are INTERMISSIONS! Why does this happen in Scarborough and nowhere else on the planet since the 1980s? If I wanted to watch films with a break in the middle I'd watch at home and probably be able to see the film in better quality.
Scarborough is crying out for a cinema. sadly we have to put up with two throwbacks to a bygone age instead. Its worth the expense and inconvienience to go to the multi screens in York instead, to be honest.
Avoid, avoid, avoid.
