  • Went to the Food Truck Friday and the wait wasn't too long. We all thought the Teriyaki Chicken slider was okay. Appreciate the fresh ingredients, yet the roll could have been a little tastier. The Bacon Cheeseburger one was strange looking& tasting. Tore it apart and there appeared to be muscle like you find with chicken thigh. If you have ever purchased Aidells' Chicken Meatballs, then you know what I am talking about. :) Didn't see any mention of the burger being a mixture, even the kids spat it out. No bueno. The Gouda Mac and Cheese was pretty tasty for me, but the rest of the crew thought it needed an extra sprinkle of salt. Not itching to return.
