  • I am beyond upset with Sears and Kenmore at this point. This morning I heard a loud boom after putting a sheet in my Kenmore Elite on the Express cycle and when I walked in the pictures show what I saw. Unbelievable after 3 years of only having it and after 10 people or so through different channels Nolan could help me or would help me. Ended up having to pay $240 for new warranty. I could understand this if it was a part failure but the whole casing and drum came apart literally!!!! I will not be purchasing a Kenmore or Sears Sears anymore. This isn't the first time I've had an issue.
