  • Trust me when I say do not come here. The stylist I had talked me into buying a dress I didn't like by saying "that can be fixed" and "that won't cost that much" and "alterations are only about $200 even considering you want to change these things about the dress." Well I met with the in-store alterations and she told me it would cost triple what I was told by the stylist. If the stylists don't know what they're saying then they shouldn't be saying any price numbers at all. I am so upset. Now I have a dress that I can't return because they have a no-return policy which is absolutely ridiculous. I spent $1000 on this dress and they showed no signs of empathy at all. I figured I'd write a review on every single website to show them how terrible they are for not trying to work with me and not apologizing. They could've maybe even offered to trade the dress knowing how much I dislike it and regret the purchase. The customer service here stops as soon as they get their money-that's all they care about. Their dresses are discounted because they're "discontinued." The few dresses they sell here are poorly made. I'm embarrassed to say I bought anything from here. I will make sure to pass this information on to everybody I know looking for bridal gowns. Please do not shop here. They will do the same thing to you.
