  • Went to Noodlecat at the West Side Market on a cold, rainy Saturday. The Pork Ramen was delicious but became perfect with just a couple shakes of the pepper sauce. The Butcher's bun of the day -- pastrami with pickled cucumbers and onions --was also great. Overall I'd say a good value for a snack in the market. The servers working the counter seemed not so happy to be there.
