I have been with Statefarm for ten years and never had a problem. The office in California I used to be with was on top of anything and everything.
This location clearly does't care. My auto payment information was not updated as I thought, and without notice they canceled my policy (they claim to have mailed a letter, but I double checked, I recieved nothing). No phone call, no email.
Three weeks AFTER they cancel my policy they send me an email and call same day to notify me.
I have never been so disappointed with Statefarm, though I appreciate the assistant's help in the matter (she was very helpful). I don't see the point of paying the most for insurance if they allow customers to cancel rather rather than calling to get payment.
