This a quaint little Russian pastry shop. The pros would be the quality of the pastries. They are a little pricier than the bulk sales at grocery stores, but they are made out food based ingredients rather than synthesized out of sponges in a lab.
The cons would probably include be the service, which is authentically Russian. And as authentically Russian service goes: "You are here to buy. We are here to sell. Who cares about the weather?". People often make the mistake of thinking they are rude. A more correct term would - blunt. If you go to enough Russian places you eventually learn to ignore it.
