  • A very long story, short: very sick cat (only 11 months old-my fur baby) Took him to Dr. Grant We tried conservative treatment for a few days, wasnt working, emergency surgery needed My baby cat Winslow is better now He's on a special diet ( who knew cats can get IBS!) Vitamins, probiotics, fiber They fixed him up We were despondent when he was sick They made every accommodation for us, let us in the back room to see him after surgery, brought in chairs, didn't rush us, gave us tissues as we were very emotional. They called us twice over the weekend to tell us how he was doing They were very educational about his treatment and illness every step of the way Took the time we needed, no rushing, lots of explaining, gave us choices. It's a nice place. Snacks, coffee and drinks The staff really seem to care which makes a world of difference Both Dr Grant and Dr Woods are great I was stunned and thrilled to know that they have a surveillance camera to monitor the cats after hours and in between open hours Wow! You really do care!! Im cynical by nature, but not of this place. They never once made me feel stupid or silly about my questions, my input, my emotional state. I highly recommend this place. Ok, so, yes doctors and vets are expensive. This is truly the most expensive stray!!
