| - My service here has been absolutely horrible. I was in a collision and came in to get my 2013 Challenger rear bumper fixed. I got it fixed by Matthew Veal, who was decently kind but did not meet up to the time expectations he had set. Later comes, amd not only do I find out some underlying issues, but the original damage had caused a panel to pop back out (they jad fixed it originally). So I go back, and Mathew no longer works there. I now have the absolutely HORRIBLE experience of dealing with Lisa. Lisa is the representative of USAA, and is notHing but RUDE. She was not kind, not personal, and on top of that, refused to help me. She pointed out every tiny flaw in my car in order to bail herself out. She argued, and used her "30 years experience in the industry" as her fallback. Whenever I had made a point that another mechanic had told me, she simply shrugged it off and even questioned his certifications! Absolutely horrible service, will not be returning EVER. Since they hadn't corrected the problems in the first place, more has fallen out of place and my car is almost considered totalled! So because of service king, my almost new car (under 30k miles), is nearly inoperable, and unsafe to drive. I have to find a new vehicle, and still pay off this one. Service king should definitely expect a lawsuit.
Remember, before using these clowns, read some reviews. I would definitly advise anyone to avoid this conpany at all costs, especially if dealing with the horrid USAA associate Lisa.
