  • Called who I assume is the owner about their $39 groupon special. He quickly informed me that the carpets wouldn't be fully cleaned this way and this is basically a wasted service. The only way the carpets would be fully cleaned is with an additional $0.25/sq ft pre-conditioning treatment. Why are you offering a half of a service, then trying to pull a bait and switch? Sleazy business practice. I'll look elsewhere.
