  • We went on a Friday, there were two tables outside and it was the first beautiful day in Madison after a long time so we wanted to sit outside. One table was taken by a couple, but we got seated at the other right away. I wouldn't judge a place harshly on a Friday during happy hour but this was just that bad. After 5 minutes of sitting, a person came to give us water - - she said our waitress would be out soon. Ten minutes pass, someone else comes out, quickly sets plates on our table and walks away before we can ask where our waitress was. Meanwhile, the couple next to us has their drinks and soon after gets their appetizers. They even said "wow this is the fastest we ever got them". Their waitress had her back to us the entire time and we felt extremely uncomfortable to run after her. By this time we waited for about 15-20 minutes and happy hour was almost over. We said if we had to sit there for another 5 minutes without anyone coming out we would leave... Surprise, no one shows up. We get up and walk away down the street. We turn back around to look at our seats, and SOMEONE WAS CLEANING OFF OUR TABLE. So someone was able to quickly clean the table, but not even take our order? Ridiculous.
