A 3-4 hour wait (walk-in, Northlake Mall, Charlotte NC) to get someone to look at my MacBook Pro?!? Store is not even crowded. Reason I was told is that there are fewer techs available for macs than for mobile. Ridiculous. I am from out of town and using my MacBook Pro to work remotely, and there is a problem on startup- likely RAM dislodged or battery. But 3-4 hours??? Never had to wait that long before- usually less than 30 minutes. Last time I needed to bring it in, I called for an appointment (The Grove in LA) and had to rush down since they could see me in 15 minute. C'mon Apple, you can do better.
