  • What a great experience! After living in misery for the last 2 years on an expensive mattress, we finally decided to visit Tuft and Needle to give their mattress a try. We brought my daughter along as well, since she needed a new mattress, too. The employees at the shop were beyond helpful. I wouldn't even call them salespeople, as they never tried to sell us anything. Our associate gave us plenty of time to try out the mattress in privacy and was helpful in answering our questions. Once we decided to purchase, the check-out was super fast, and within minutes, we were loading our two boxes in our van...a king size mattress for us and a full size for our daughter. Unpacking and setting up the mattress was quick and easy, and we've had great sleep ever since. Now, everyone I tell about it is interested in hearing more and going to try out a mattress, too. If you live in the Phoenix area and are in the market for a new mattress, do not hesitate to visit their showroom and try it out. You won't regret it!
