Quite possibly the best katsu I have ever had in my life.
The panko crusting is light and not overly thick and the meat (whether you get chicken or pork) are always moist and succulent. Food is always cooked fresh to order, every time we've gone. My kids love the place - how can you beat lightly fried meat with a healthy serving of crispy cabbage and fluffy rice? Plus they enjoy mixing their own katsu sauce by grinding sesame seeds and pouring in the plum sauce and mustard mix.
Desserts? Oh man...wait until you try the green tea cheese cake. Unfailingly out of stock all the time; but if they do have it in, you should order it before your meal -- might not be there for you when you finish!
