  • Called at 10:30 am to ask if appointments required for passport applications. Was told no. Arrived later in afternoon. After waiting for 10 min. I was at the front of the queue and was told that I needed an appointment to apply for passport that day because "they were short-staffed". I explained what I was told on the phone but only received tepid apology. Wasted 40 mins traveling to/from this post office. Staff is incompetent and lacks follow-through. Don't go to this post office.
