  • The car shopping process can be tedious, but the team I worked with at Ford Country made my experience painless and actually fun! I was referred by a friend to ask for Sherrie Anderson in sales and I am so glad I did! She really listened to my requests and helped me find the SUV that was best suited for me. She helped me understand the options and didn't push or rush me which I really appreciated. Once I went into her office, it was no surprise to see stacks of awards for being excellent in sales... she definitely is! Be sure to ask for Kelly once it gets to financing. Talk about being personable and going the extra mile! She went out of her way to explain each step. She also was super patient in giving me all different finance options I asked about. It's nice to be able to smile and have a few laughs while going through stacks of paper work. I haven't had any experience with the service department yet but if its anything like dealing with these two ladies, Im sure it will be a pleasure. In short, I really really like my new Ford but I LOVED my experience with these two.
