Holy crap this place is amazing! Had the "ultimate experience" pork belly, which the waitress said was cooked over 5 days. I definitely believe it. The meat just melted in my mouth and was extremely flavorful, even before using the truffle oil celery puree or the apricot saucer, both of which were outstanding. The place is tiny and the lines last forever, so the best way is to go right before it opens and you should be good. Will definitely return again to try out the other stuff on the menu!
