  • If I could give them zero stars, I would. Unfortunately, I can't. I've been here two times and both times they couldn't seem to grasp the concept of an appointment. My first appointment was at 1:45. I was received at 2:40 but didn't actually leave until 3:30 because I was sent back to the reception area two times. My second appointment was at 12:00 and you guessed it, 12:45. Both times they weren't even busy. This is extremely frustrating seeing as both appointments were for scans that take less than 5 minutes. I also thought it was interesting to see the desk ladies greet everyone else but my mother and I.
