  • This place is very pretty and smells amazing, but the service is pretty consistently lacking. The phone etiquette is terrible, and while having my nails done, I listened to staff gossip with a client for 30 minutes, hardly a relaxing experience. This place could be a spa haven if done well, but it's really just over priced and does not deliver. I am left feeling as though Civello wants your money but does not want to put in the effort to make your experience a positive one. I will stick to my local nail salon.
