  • Working with Jeremy and his team was a breeze...we went through 2 possible purchases before landing on the place we finally were able to close on and in each case Jeremy and the staff were speedy and responsive and made sure no obstacles were put in our way. He spent as much time as I needed him to explaining to this self-identified OCD control freak exactly how everything worked so i knew exactly what to expect...and he made sure every dime of the 3% seller's contribution to closing costs was used.
