As far as Bistro's go, this one is really lacking. The food is just not on par with the price point and the decor is kind of lame. I don't know, I've been here for a few lunches and they were all so mediocre. Probably come here for the draft selection and only eat if someone else is buying...
I guess what I'm saying is you can pay 15 bucks for an overcooked grilled salmon salad and sit in a rec center type chair and wait 20-30 minutes for it or you can pay 16 bucks for the same salad but well cooked at the Terrace Room and sit in a lovely setting and be taken care of. The soups, which are a lunch fave of mine, have always needed a ton of salt and pepper to swallow and were generally flavorless without. The quiche, another go-to always seemed to taste like it was a week old and frozen and thawed more than once since. Maybe get a burger or stick to the beer, but I refuse lunch dates here.
