  • Doctors are great - kind, knowledgable and efficient. However, one person in particular at reception is very impatient and unprofessional. Was put on hold at least 5 times while trying to set up a meeting with my family doctor and was hung up on at the end. This type of service is completely inappropriate. I did not expect this from a family doctor clinic. Very disappointing.
