  • These apartments are horrible! We were hesitant about moving in from the very get go due to the staff giving my boyfriend the wrong information when it came time for us to move in. He was told that he could pick up his keys then when he showed up nobody had them ready for him. Then we been here just for a few months and hasn't been the best experience at all. Since we've been living here we have found 4 scorpions in our apartment then our toilet has kept leaking, maintenance does not respond and if they do it's well over a 2 week period. Also my boyfriend called in to speak to the manager and was told she was talking to another tenant, so we waiting about 10-15 minutes he walks over to the office and the staff tell him the manager is off TODAY!! There are fights every other weekend, ppl have been screaming outside! It's just no way to live!!We are now looking for a place in Summerlin the price had fit our budget but we would rather pay more money in a better community then continue to deal with this. I do NOT recommend these apartments they are good looking on the inside but you'd be better off somewhere else. I consider this the HOOD, ghetto! No thanks!!!!
