  • I HAD been going here to get my hair cut and colored for the past several years. WAS very happy. But then, sad to say my stylist moved. I tried a new stylist who the first time did an ok job cutting my hair and dark blonde coloring with highlights. I went back 2 months later to get my grey roots touched up. OH MY. The top part of my head came out a whitish blonde! I said I was shocked and was told that he thought it looked great and to ask my friends and husband want they think. Also I could use some color on my face since I was so blonde. Anyway, I went home and listened to everyones comments that they thought it was horrible. I tried multiple times to call him to ask what suggestions he would have to make it look better. I have left messages. I have had the line disconnect twice while on hold for him.... I now have an appointment somewhere else hoping they can fix this. I will NEVER go back! Steer clear.
